From Brazil, the largest coffee producing country, we chose the Arabica variety with its characteristic intensity, tight body, dark chocolate and nutty aftertaste. We combined it with two selected Robustas from India with characteristic aromas of exotic spices. Enjoy it as a small drink, in a small cup, as the classic Italian Espresso Ristretto should be. Also suitable for making Freddo.
