C series head comparison
0% Bypass System
Choose the 0% bypass head if you prioritize the highest level of water filtration and are willing to reduce the water flow for the best water quality. Ideal for situations where water quality is of utmost concern, such as when you want to remove as many contaminants as possible, including chlorine, heavy metals and other impurities.
30% Bypass System
Choose the 30% bypass head if you don't want the water flow to be reduced too much and are willing to accept a slightly lower level of filtration. Suitable for situations where you need filtered water quickly and efficiently, such as when filling large containers or when you have a higher water demand.
Adjustable Bypass System 0-70%
Consider a 0-70% bypass filter head when you want flexibility in balancing filtration and flow rate. Useful when you have different water quality or filtration needs. You can adjust the bypass rate according to the specific conditions.
It allows you to achieve a balance between water quality and flow rate according to your preferences at any time.
Additional factors to consider when choosing a Brita water filter head include the source and quality of your tap water, the intended use of the filtered water, and your personal preferences. For example, if your tap water is relatively clean and you use it mainly for cooking, a 30% bypass or 0-70% bypass option might be appropriate. If you want the cleanest drinking water possible, a filter head with 0% bypass may be the best choice.
