Instructions for Pickup from Skroutz Locker

What is Skroutz Locker?

Skroutz Points – Skroutz lockers are an easy, fast, convenient, and secure way to pick up your order whenever you want at a location that suits you. There are hundreds of Skroutz Points located at gas stations, restaurants, convenience stores, parking lots, and other locations for your convenience!

How it works

You select the products you want to buy and go to the Checkout page. In the shipping methods, choose “Skroutz Point (locker pickup)” and then select the locker that is convenient for you to pick up your package. If this option is not available, it means one of the products you have chosen is too large to fit in a locker.

Shipping Notification

When you place your order and the shipping voucher is issued, you will receive a notification via SMS or Viber on the mobile number you provided during order placement with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment anytime here: Skroutz Last Mile

When your package is placed in the Skroutz locker, you will receive a notification via SMS or Viber that your package has arrived at the locker.

If for any reason you do not receive a message regarding your shipment, you can contact us for information.

Package Pickup

Once the delivery service places your package in the locker, you can pick up the package within 2 days by following these steps:

There are two types of Skroutz Points: those that open with a PIN code and those that open via Bluetooth and the Skroutz app.

Using a PIN

1. Go to the Skroutz Point you selected.
2. Open the message you received from the delivery service and view the PIN.
3. Enter the PIN and press Enter.
4. Take your package from the locker and close the door.Take your package from the locker and close the door.

Using Bluetooth

1. Go to the Skroutz Point you selected.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Open the Skroutz app.
4. On the home page, find “Pickup from Skroutz Point” and tap “Pickup from locker.”
