What is a utility loan?
We provide you with a compeletely free water dispenser φιάλης δαπέδου νεότερης τεχνολογίας με ρυθμίσεις θερμοκρασίας δωματίου, ζεστού και παγωμένου νερού για τον επαγγελματικό σας χώρο εντός Αθηνών με την προϋπόθεση κάθε μήνα να καταναλώνετε τουλάχιστον πέντε (6) φιάλες νερού 10 λίτρων τις οποίες έχετε προμηθευτεί από την εταιρεία μας.
How it works
Our specialist technicians come to your place and we fulfill the transportation and installation of the water dispenser for free delivering you the first five bottles. Then, throughout our cooperation, you can place a new order at any time by phone, via email or in just two clicks on our online form and we make the delivery at the scheduled day.
Service fee
The water dispenser loan service is for free. Ωστόσο, θα πρέπει να γίνεται κατανάλωση τουλάχιστον πέντε (6) φιαλών 10 λίτρων τον μήνα. Το κόστος της κάθε φιάλης είναι 5.00€ δηλαδή η ελάχιστη μηνιαία κατανάλωση 30.00€ (60 λίτρα).
Cleaning and maintenance
For the perfect performance of the water cooler and for health reasons, every * six (6) months a technical inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the cooler costing €20.00 must be done by our specialized technical department.

Important information
Για την ομαλή συνεργασία και χρήση της υπηρεσίας χρησιδανεισμού ο παραλήπτης είναι υποχρεωμένος βάση σύμβασης: 1. Αγοράζει τουλάχιστον έξι (6) φιάλες νερού 10 λίτρων κάθε μήνα. 2. Γίνεται τεχνικός έλεγχος, συντήρηση και καθαρισμός του ψύκτη νερού κάθε έξι (6) μήνες από την εταιρεία μας.
The bottle drop off point must be the same as stated in the contract, usually at the building entrance (or floor if there is a lift) or within a few meters if the bottle storage area is close to the building / floor entrance. Bottles must all be delivered to the same spot (ie we can't deliver one bottle to the 1st floor, one bottle to the 2nd floor, etc.).
The water dispensers you receive in the second-hand loan service are second-hand, however in excellent visual and functional condition where they have undergone technical inspection, maintenance, cleaning and disinfection. If for any reason the cooling quality is reduced (outside of the factory specifications)or there is any technical problem or the operation of the water dispenser is interrupted, our company is obliged to replace it as soon as possible. .
Οι φιάλες νερού που η εταιρεία μας χρησιμοποιεί είναι μάρκας Minoa Water 10 λίτρων.
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The minimum delivery time frame is three (3) hours, however there is a case that due to weather conditions or traffic, the distributor will reach you outside the stipulated time. If for any reason distribution is not made at the scheduled time or day, you will receive a written or telephone notification. In order to keep the distribution schedule smoothly so that there are no delays, you should place your order at least three (3) days before the expected delivery day.
If for any reason you want to stop the service there is no charge. To stop the utility loan service, contact us and as soon as possible we will take care of receiving the water cooler and stopping the cooperation. It is important that the cooler is functional and in the original condition you received it at the start of the partnership. If for any reason the cooler is not functional, has visual damage or any other damage, a technical inspection and costing of the repairs will have to be carried out and you will bear the relevant costs.
